He was at the edge of a now starless night
alone sitting on the meadow looking at the dark sky, such a big and open vastness of cold indifference over no one

Ever since their god abandoned they wait for his return in this hot, thunderous, volcanic, unpredictable planet. He’s been here alone, he had watched the stars die
for a million years, he felt like them, millions could die and wait alone, in this all encompassing overwhelming loneliness

But why was he the only one that felt alone, the other one wasn't alone, not at all, he was just existing with the others.
He could see their silhouettes on the hexagonal rock columns of the one of the two isles
